A note regarding firewalls

Please be aware that there is an “Application Control” setting on certain firewalls (for example, Sonicwall) that controls access to web services and deals with access to proxy servers and internal and external connections.
In instances where issues occur with connecting to Frog, the firewall may need an exception creating for Frog it.
