Clipboard access to Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer and access to the clipboard

We have had a couple of schools ask us about why they are unable to use the clipboard for cut, copy and paste into Frog. In these instances we have found that settings on the school network or individual machines are causing this issue.

If you are having a problem connecting to the clipboard from Internet Explorer, try the following:

a. Open Internet Explorer.

b. Click on Tools.

c. Click on Internet Options.

d. Under Security tab, Click on Internet and then click on Custom level.

e. Scroll down and under Scripting, you will find an option “Allow Programmatic clipboard access”.

f. Under that click on Enable and click OK and again OK.
